2016 RSVA STEM Award Winners

The Retirees’ School Volunteer Association (RSVA), with the generous financial support of Raytheon Company (870 Winter St, Waltham, MA 02451) is proud to announce the following 2016 student winners of the RSVA STEM awards:

  1. Cambridge – Banneker Charter
  2. Leominster – Leominster High School
  3. Framingham – Cameron Middle School
  4. Framingham – Walsh Middle School
  5. Framingham – Fuller Middle School
  6. Natick – Henry Wilson Middle School
  7. Marlborough – Marlborough Middle School

Awardees must exhibit outstanding academic achievement in the STEM classes, strong work ethic, participate in school activities that support the advancement of STEM education.

RSVA is a non-profit association of retired volunteers with technical backgrounds from Raytheon and other companies who volunteer their time to support STEM education of K-12 public school students. The volunteers participate in round table discussions on career development, lead robotics teams, act as judges at Science Fairs, tutor students, and support other school activities.
